Seemingly out of thin air, a boat settles ashore nearby, carrying on it a striking woman with stark red hair and an enormous scythe.
...Ho? Something interesting for once?
"Well well~! Whatta we got here?" For someone with such an initially dignified appearance, she speaks in a remarkably- informal way.
She taps the haft of her scythe against the boat casually, a thoughtful sort of smile working its way onto her lips.
"What in the world is somethin' like you doin' here?"
